Prints

Hi darlings,

In this post, I investigated the relationship between the warmer- and colder wear. The results showed that variable prints are popular in these seasons. Florals for the spring and summer... breton shirts are fashion statement... whenever... striped is timeless as you know. Camo and zig zag? Incredible good at the transition period and how we love the tartan things especially since Celine and Stella McCartney; they both are obsessed for the stuff following the plaid...
Oh and please do not forget the cheetah prints... so sex-ay!

My favorite prints from my closet...

Allure

Happy Monday!

Some new and old jewellery - and there is one important thing; the watch - that I never leave the house without between them - not to mention that I guess their allure probably lie in the fact that they feel like little effort is required, yes just a perfect finishing touch I think. Statement or not the jewellery is one of my favorite details for any poor outfits. What do you think?

What do they have in common?

Happy weekend!

What do they have in common? What? Click!

Sometimes you can find a root - root of your style; great item for your closet and you as soon as you can buy more and more of this then you can trust of it will be timeless - yet and you can feel - yes it is, lose hold of it, it is absurd - do not!  Nevermore! Now these are the collars/dickies to me!

Monday & the weekdays

Hello darlings,

I have mastered the art of updated bit of grunge style - more precisely the grunge look meets Parisian chic. My plaid baggy pants - yes, from men's wardrobe, striped top with scalloped collar and you have not seen here, oversize woolen coat, handmade beanie and snood , Emmanuel Katsaros sunnies but the addition of a plaid bow belt and pretty booties keep this look from being too much of a full grunge style.

Do you love this?

loose striped 3/4 sleeved shirt - H&M
plaid belt - Vivienne Westwood
plaid men woolen pants - Oscar Jacobson

Reminiscent 5.

Hi dolls,

Alaia: “a totally important designer”, yes Cher Horowitz said and truth of course. She was an icon at 90's and I created this little post with a pair of pieces for a Cher's more modern closet. Clueless was cute and trendy movie...what more can I say?

"Do you prefer 'fashion victim' or 'ensembly challenged'?"

 Enjoy it!

"Sometimes you have to show a little skin. This reminds boys of being naked, and then they think of sex."

"I felt impotent and out of control. Which I really, really hate. I had to find sanctuary in a place where I could gather my thoughts and regain my strength..."

"I know it sounds mental, but sometimes I have more fun vegging out than when I go partying. Maybe because my party clothes are so binding."
